Are
you reaching your training goals? If you have never worked out before
or if your workouts have reached a plateau, Elite Strength personal training
can help you on your way to a more fit and healthier body.
Elite Strength designs a training program based on your individual body
type and goals. "Where should your heart rate be during cardiovascular
exercise?" This question and others will be answered with the cardiovascular
program included in your workout.
Another aspect of Elite Strength personal training is resistance training.
Strength training will increase metabolic rate (burn calories more efficiently),
increase bone mass (reduced the risk of osteoporosis), and make everyday
tasks easier (yard work, carrying groceries). Your program includes
12 weeks of strength training exercises, sets, reps, and intensities.
How flexible are you? Each program includes a stretching routine.
Flexibility can be increased, just like strength, leading to reduced tension
in the muscle and is important in injury prevention.
