Strength and Conditioning

The goal of every athlete is to play to the best of their ability.  The goal of every coach is to surround themselves with athletes that can consistently play to the best of their ability.  Being able to play at this level consistently is what ultimately leads to championships (district, division, state, national, or professional).
How are you able to play at the top of your game, consistently?  "TRAIN!"  Not every athlete should train the same way. The program they are using must be sport specific.  A power athlete, such as a football lineman, shouldn't train by running long distances, his program should include Olympic lifts, squats, and presses.  Conversely, an endurance athlete, such as a cross country runner, is not going to benefit from doing 2-3 reps with 95% of maximum in the bench press.
Our trainers have worked with high school, college, Olympic, and professional athletes.  Most major college and professional sports teams have strength and conditioning coaches. Listen to them, they are there for a reason. That is to make you the best athlete you can be.  If you are a coach at the high school or small college level, or an athlete that needs to improve your performance but doesn't know how to do it, we can help.
A program from the professionals at Elite Strength and Conditioning includes sport specific strength training, plyometric, speed development, and stretching programs, for 12 weeks, testing recommendations, and e-mail support. To purchase a 12 week sport specific program for yourself or your team, click on the Power Shop link and fill out the necessary information.
