Robert Tanguay, CSCS
Rob
is the Head Exercise Specialist at the Nashua Athletic Club in Nashua,
New Hampshire. His weight room experience, over the past 20 years,
has included general fitness, bodybuilding (a NPC national qualifier),
powerlifting (totaling over 1300 lbs.), Olympic weightlifting, and physical
conditioning of athletes. Rob has an Associates Degree in Exercise
Science from New Hampshire Technical College and a Bachelors of Science
Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Tennessee.
While at the University of Tennessee, Rob held the position of Undergraduate
Strength and Conditioning Assistant with men's athletics. Before
finishing his school work at Tennessee, Rob was an Assistant Strength Coach
at Dartmouth College and the Strength and Conditioning Consultant for Daniel
Webster College in New Hampshire.
Rob has been managing the weight room at the Nashua Athletic Club for the
past five years and has worked as a strength and conditioning consultant
for high schools in the New Hampshire region. He is also an adjunct
facality member at Rivier College in the Exercise Physiology Department.
Rob is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National
Strength and Conditioning Association and is also certified by USA Weightlifting
as a Level I Coach.
Steve DiLustro, CSCS,
NSCA-CPT
Steve
is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a
Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Personal Trainer. He is
a graduate of the University of Massachusetts / Lowell with a Bachelors
of Science in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Nutrition.
A former Soccer and Track standout, Steve works with high school athletes
in the Boston area. He also works with the state of Rhode Island,
performing physical fitness test on firefighters. Steve is a member
of the ACSM and the NEACSM along with the NSCA and is also certified by
USA Weightlifting as a Level I coach.
